Playing football is a great way to stay in shape. As it turns out, coaching football will also keep you feeling young and have your body looking like it did during your twenties. At least that is the case for 53-year-old Ohio State Buckeyes assistant coach Kerry Coombs, who leads the team’s cornerbacks and special teams.
Coombs’ son shared a photo on social media and it was hard not to stare directly at the coach’s arms.
For a 53-year-old man, Coombs is looking great. Let’s hope his work ethic rubs off on the players that he is coaching because it will benefit them all in the long run.
I don't know who to thank for makin this shirt, but its batting a solid clean-up in my summer lineup @OsuCoachCoombs pic.twitter.com/CvKEBHsL1i
