Serena Williams continues to build on her legacy as the greatest women’s tennis player to ever step onto the court. On Saturday morning, Williams was able to upend Garbine Muguruza in straight sets. Muguruza was able to show plenty of promise, but in the end the American was just too much.
With the Wimbledon win, Williams completed another “Serena Slam” — winning fourth straight majors.
“I can’t believe I’m standing here with another Serena Slam,” Williams said after the match. “Garbine played so well. I didn’t even know it was over because she was fighting so hard.”
With her win today, Williams now has more Grand Slam titles than all of the other active women’s players combined. It speaks volumes about her dominance on the court.

And that wasn’t the only crazy stat to come from the win.
With this win, Serena is 94-22 in tournaments. 81% Win percentage. Dominance.
