Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling to transfer to Manchester City?

A keystone to Liverpool’s offense and a member of the England national team, forward Raheem Sterling is unlikely to join his Liverpool teammates during their tour to Thailand, Malaysia and Australia.

This is a result of on-going talks about Raheem Sterling possibly transferring to Barclays Premier League standout, Manchester City.

Although named to the Reds’ 30-man squad in the pre-season, Sterling has softened up to Manchester City’s persistent offerings (Man City made a previous bid worth 40 million Euros). Despite omitting himself from the team tour, Liverpool has continued strides in investing in their Anfield star by offering 100,000 pounds on a weekly basis, but the 20-year-old remains vigilant in joining Sergio Aguero and Manchester City.

Manchester City also tried to snatch midfielder Fabian Delph away from Aston Villa, but due to an objected bidding of 8 million pounds, Delph will stay with Aston Villa after inking a 4-year extension.
