Youngest Matthews brother, 15, is already 6-foot-4, 320

You know that old saying everything is bigger in Texas? Well, that is especially true when it comes to the Matthews family. The family has produced a father who was a 14-time Pro Bowler, three sons who have played at Texas A&M, and now another son who already has the talent to play in college.

Not only that, but the Matthews youngest son is the largest football player in their family.

Coming in at 6-foot-4, 320 pounds with a size 15 shoe, Luke is already proving that the Matthews genes are not giving up quite yet. In fact, he is the fourth son in the family projected to become quite the prospect on the football field. Texas A&M is ready for another Matthews lineman.

The Matthews’ first three sons have been standout O-linemen at the collegiate and professional levels. Their oldest son, Kevin went on to compete with the Carolina Panthers last season. Jake was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2014 NFL Draft. The third son, Mike, now is the current heart and soul of the Aggies’ line as well as a three-year starter. Although they are great athletes, the brothers can all agree Luke may become the best player out of them.

“My dad’s training him now and trying to get him right,” said Mike, via FOX Sports. “I haven’t really seen him play much, because I’m pretty busy. But every time I talk to my dad he says, ‘You can see it. He’s really got it.’ He can move really well even at that size.”

Did I forget to mention the 6-foot-4 giant is only 15 years old?

Take a look at the video to see what you think of the young stud, who is going into his sophomore season at Elkins High in Missouri City, Texas.

I think it’s safe to say he has a bright future ahead of him.
