Ronda Rousey rips Mayweather after winning ‘Best Fighter’

The 2015 ESPY’s Awards are in full swing and there are a ton more awards that fans don’t get the chance to see handed out during the actual ceremony. That is usually left for the emotional segments such as the Jimmy V Award for Perserverance and the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

ESPN aired an ESPY’s Countdown where many of the award winners that aren’t announced on the show get to show off their flashy new hardware. UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey took home the award for “Best Fighter”, winning the award over Gennady Golovkin, Donald Cerrone, Terrence Crawford, and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Rousey had a message for the latter after winning the award.

Shots fired indeed.

Rousey has been very public with her disdain for the undefeated boxer, so her rubbing this award in his face comes as no surprise. I don’t think Floyd should be pissing her off so much.
