Missouri DB Finis Stribling Lands a 61″ Box Jump

Missouri defensive back, Finis Stribling IV, captured one incredibly athletic moment on camera during a workout on Friday.

The 5’11” redshirt freshman attempted—and nailed—a 61-inch box jump. He posted the incredible jump in slow motion on Twitter.

Stribling appears to have needed a running start to nail a jump on top of boxes that are just 10 inches shorter than he is.

The two-star recruit in the class of 2014, according to Rivals.com, holds the record for the 400-meter dash at Independence High School in Thompson’s Station’s, TN.

Hopefully this display of unmatched athleticism will help the young Tiger see the field this fall. Stribling is currently listed third-string on the Missouri depth chart at a cornerback position heading into camp, and is also in the mix as a special teams returner.
