Video: FSU safety Derwin James benches twice his weight

It looks like Florida State Seminoles true freshman safety Derwin James is an athlete that we are going to have to watch out for.

While it takes a lot more than freak athleticism and strength to succeed at the college football level, James has something very rare for a player of his age and size. At 6-foot-2, 212-pounds, the former No. 1 rated safety can bench press nearly twice his weight.

As you would expect from a youngster, he was eager to show that off on social media.

You have to feel bad for anyone who tries coming across the middle when James is ready to lay the wood.
