Mike the Tiger gets awesome birthday treat

LSU mascot Mike VI has officially hit the decade mark with his age. He celebrated his tenth birthday with an awesome treat.

ESPN shared a photo of Mike the Tiger’s birthday cake made of beef patties, bacon, goat’s milk numbers, and hard-boiled eggs. Sounds like a pretty awesome birthday breakfast if you ask me.

Mike, who joined the program as its official mascot in 2007 following the death of Mike V, seemed to enjoy his birthday treat.

I don’t think anyone will is worried about Mike’s well-being right now. He seems to be in good condition for a ten-year-old tiger. Happy birthday Mike! Here’s to another ten great years!

Mike will be cheering on LSU as they take the field on September 5 with a match-up against McNeese State.
