4-star RB Amir Rasul decommits from Miami

The Miami Hurricanes and Florida State Seminoles have built a strong rivalry on the field as well as off of it.  Sharing the state of Florida, the two schools have competed over the area’s top recruits and it appears we have another battle on our hands for the services of running back Amir Rasul, who announced Saturday that he has decommitted from the Hurricanes.

Florida State seems to be the heavy favorite to land Rasul, but do not expect the commitment to come without heavy competition from the ‘Canes.  Rasul is among the top running backs in the entire state and has the ideal size and speed to make an immediate impact for whichever program he joins.  Still, with the ridiculous depth within the ‘Noles backfield, Miami would allow for more playing time, however, Florida State has one thing over Miami- they win.
