The LSU Tigers currently hold the number two spot for recruiting classes in 2016. Right now, the media only knows about eighteen commitments the Tigers have received. Les Miles recently said otherwise.
According to College Spun, Miles said in a rotary club speech that the Tigers have more commitments for the 2016 class than anyone knows about right now. Ross Dellenger of The Advocate reported the news via Twitter.
Miles said #LSU has 21 recruits committed "softly." Adds, "which means the media doesn't know about them." Tigers have 18 known.

Considering that the Tigers have more five-star commitments than anyone else in the country for 2016 with two, one more five star or a couple more four star commitments could be all they need to retake the top spot.
The Ohio State Buckeyes took over that spot last week after Nick Bosa announced his intentions to follow in his brother’s footsteps.
Who knows? These commitments could be small names that don’t really get a lot of attention, but right now, Miles has surely turned a lot of the attention toward the Tigers.
