Braxton Miller is showing that he is willing to do anything it takes to help his team win. This season, it means a switch from quarterback to H-back. That is also great news for the Ohio State Buckeyes, who suspended two receivers and an H-back on Thursday — Jalin Marshall and Corey Smith and Dontre Wilson.
With their depth crippled by the suspensions, Miller will have the opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact from day one.
It appears that is exactly what he is hoping to do.
In a photo shared on Instagram by Miller, you see the ex-quarterback lounging poolside with his head coach, Urban Meyer.
Miller captioned the photo, “You ready?” “Just (give) me the ball.” It looks like that work with Keyshawn Johnson is paying off — or at least making an immediate impression.
Ultimately, he deleted his caption, but the photo of Miller and Meyer remained on his account.
Miller will get his first chance to impress NFL scouts at his new position on Sept. 7 when the Buckeyes travel to Blacksburg to take on the Virginia Tech Hokies.
