Texas A&M Aggies fans can now get more excited for the upcoming season, as the football team’s home stadium Kyle Field has reached a key milestone in its offseason renovation. At long last, Kyle Field has grass again!
Special Teams Coordinator and Tight Ends coach Jeff Banks posted a picture of the grass being laid on his personal Twitter page, as did an A&M alum and BYU TV’s Jarom Jordan.

Took a tour of Kyle Field at Texas A&M this morning. Impressive stuff. Largest SEC stadium. pic.twitter.com/GDOstRYXn1

The stadium is looking a lot sharper than it has in recent years, so Aggies fans should be excited to fill it up when the team has its home opener against the MAC’s Ball State Cardinals on September 12.
Texas A&M’s official season opener comes against Arizona State on September 5 in a game set to be played at Houston’s NRG Stadium, home of the NFL’s Houston Texans.
