No. 2 prospect Silvio de Silva throws down nasty tip-dunk

There are always new videos of players throwing down massive dunks, but the number two high school basketball prospect in the country may have thrown down the dunk of the year.

A new video has emerged of Silvio de Silva throwing down an incredibly impressive tip-dunk, and the video doesn’t disappoint at all.

Not only was he able to get up that high above the rim and throw it down, he also posterized a defender that was dumb enough to try and get in his way. This video alone shows the type of talent that he has for the next level, and some college is going to be extremely lucky to have this athleticism. More interest will likely begin rolling in from around the country after seeing this video.

At 6-foot-10, the rising sophomore is without question capable of developing more potential over the next four or five years. He has legitimate NBA athleticism, and has shown flashes of the type of game that could develop him into he type of all-around threat that he’ll need to be to get to that point.

Keep an eye on this kid over the next year or two, and don’t be surprised to see the top basketball programs in the country be fighting to bring him on board.
