Auburn ball boy suffers broken nose, keeps working

Broken noses are never a fun thing to deal with. They hurt and sometimes require surgery. Sometimes, a broken nose can permanently scar your face or leave with a crooked nose. Just ask Owen Wilson about his.

College Spun shared a few photos of an Auburn ball boy, Jake Longenecker, who suffered a broken nose after a defensive end ran into him on accident at a Tigers training camp practice. Apparently, Longenecker is just a tad bit tougher than WWE superstar John Cena because he went back to work the next day. Longenecker was all smiles even immediately after being treated for the injury.

WARNING: If you are squeamish at the sight of blood, this picture is certainly not for your eyes.

While his injury isn’t as gruesome as the one the fifteen-time World Champion suffered, it is worth noting that Longenecker was back at work the next day while Cena was not on Raw Monday night. But, his injury does look like it will take longer to heal.

I wish the best for both of these guys in their recovery. Try to avoid flying knees and defensive ends in the future.
