Cardale Jones live-tweets being locked out of apartment

If there’s one thing that nobody should wish on anybody, it’s being locked out of their own apartment. Unfortunately, Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Cardale Jones added that unfortunate event to his summer and, for the collective pleasure of his fans, live-tweeted it!

So ready to get in my bedπŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Get all the way home and realize you locked out<

As time passed, being stuck outside clearly started to get to Jones.

Been locked out the house for 4 hours and careless, I don't wanna be bothered by no one

@S13Collier I been locked out since 12. You think I give af about some spelling right now?

Fortunately, the culprit was uncovered and, in a major twist, it turned out to be none other than his teammate J.T. Barrett, who accidentally took Jones’ keys with him on a trip home to Texas.

S/O to @JT_theQB4th for taking my apt keys to Texas and not returning until tomorrow & CJ for being two hours away with my car ✊🏾

As one can only do in a situation like this, Barrett managed to keep his sense of humor about him.

@CJ12_ well I didn't want anybody to enter the dungeon bum

Hopefully, Jones can find a place to crash for the night if he doesn’t manage to get back into his apartment until tomorrow. But the moral of the story is the same, devoted readers. When you have a spare set of keys to your apartment made, be sure to have an extra spare set made so that moments like this don’t happen!
