Video: Alabama fans sprint across field to get autographs

College football fans are easily some of the most crazed fans in all of the sporting world. Football fans in the South, usually take the cake for their crazy antics. One thing is for sure, SEC fans take their football seriously and love their players.

The Alabama Crimson Tide fanbase is no different and they proved that at the team’s Fan Day on Sunday afternoon. College Spun had the video of fans sprinting across the field at Bryant-Denny Stadium just so they can meet some of their favorite players.

If you didn’t think Alabama fans loved football before, I’m pretty sure you will never doubt their loyalty again.

I’m kind of disappointed that the guy who started calling the “action” on the field like he would a football game stopped in the middle of his excitement. That would have absolutely brought this whole event together.

I will give fans this. The Crimson Tide fans are usually never in a situation where they get to rush the field following a game. If you are one of the best programs in the country, you don’t do that kind of stuff. You are just expected to win.

The Crimson Tide opens their home season on September 12 when they host Middle Tennessee State. Don’t expect any field-rushing following that game.
