Creighton F Cole Huff throws down sick dunks in Italy

The Creighton Blue Jays took a step back last year with the departure of team star Doug McDermott, but Nevada transfer Cole Huff should give fans of the team plenty of reason to be excited for the 2015-16 season.

Creighton’s men’s basketball team is currently in Italy and if the video highlights below are any indication, Huff is a great dunker and athlete who should inject plenty of life into the team as it prepares for its third Big East season. In his sophomore season at Nevada, he averaged 12.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game while shooting 45 percent from the field and 40 percent from long range. At 6-foot-8, 205 pounds, he is an athletic wing who can definitely take the Blue Jays forward.

Simply put, if Huff can bring that type of explosiveness to the team this coming season, it could seem as though McDermott never even left.
