DeAngelo Hall trashes DeAndre Hopkins over Hard Knocks, loses again

The Houston Texans are the focus of this season of the hit show Hard Knocks, and the premiere episode that aired the team’s joint practice with the Washington Redskins is already making headlines due to a completely accidental rivalry between Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall.

Hopkins and Hall were trash-talking each other, before Hopkins broke Hall’s ankles with some fancy footwork on a play run in practice.

Hall was injured on the play and is apparently bitter about it, as he took to Twitter to criticize Hopkins and his being a relatively inexperienced player.

When the highlight of your career is catching a 10yd pass on a DB while he slips and you feel like you did something. #SadDayInFootball

Of course, Hopkins responded perfectly.

Hope treatment going well. https://t.co/9wR4UrjEAP

This feud appears to be over, but one can never know in the NFL. Stay tuned.
