The start of the 2015 college football season is just around the corner and one of the most interesting debates is in regards to who should be considered the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy as the nation’s most outstanding player.
Well, luckily for us, the folks in Las Vegas have handicapped the field.
Just weeks ago, TCU Horned Frogs quarterback Trevone Boykin was considered the favorite to claim the prestigious award, but now he has some company at the top.
According to the most recent odds from Bovada.lv, Boykin and Ohio State Buckeyes star running back Ezekiel Elliott are the co-favorites in the Heisman race as we prepare to enter the upcoming season.
Both men are listed with 5-to-1 odds.
Behind Boykin and Elliott is Elliott’s teammate, quarterback J.T. Barrett and a pair of running backs — Nick Chubb of Georgia and LSU’s Leonard Fournette.
You can check out the full odds below.
