Video: Ohio State WR commit Austin Mack scores 99-yard TD

The Ohio State Buckeyes are heading into the 2015 college football season with high hopes to come out with another championship. Last season was an absolute dream year for the Buckeyes, as they endured two big injuries at the quarterback injury and still pulled out a title. Urban Meyer has a very talented recruiting class coming in next season as well.

Austin Mack is a four-star wide receiver in the 2016 recruiting class for the Buckeyes. Ohio State is very excited about his future with the program, and Mack showed why in his first high school football game of the season with a 99-yard touchdown. Take a look at the play for yourself and enjoy seeing what could be the next big playmaker for the Buckeyes.

There aren’t many players that are faster than Mack, which will give him advantage at the next level. He is going to have an impact for the Buckeyes at the wide receiver position, but will also likely see a good amount of time on special teams as a return man.

At 6-foot-1 and 211 pounds, Mack is a very physical receiver to go along with the speed that he showed on that play. He has a good chance to get playing time immediately when he joins the Buckeyes. There is no denying the fact that he has star potential for the future and could end up being an NFL prospect assuming he continues working hard on his game and allows the Ohio State coaching staff to mold him as a player.

All of that being said, it will be very fun to see what Mack is able to do at the next level. He certainly has the physical ability to work his way into the starting lineup as an impact player.

Expect to see plenty more highlights of Mack come out over the rest of the of the high school football season.
