Colorado coach Jim Leavitt gets interviewed in a creek

Colorado Buffaloes defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt offered up an interview in a very unique setting; he was sitting in a creek.

Leaving a dispute with USF in the past, Leavitt joined Colorado and is openly talking about his new job. There is little to no question that Colorado hired a good coach when they tabbed Leavitt as the defensive coordinator.

When asked if he ever misses the role of being in the head coach position, Jim responded with, “I do not know, I just enjoy the moment and enjoy what I do.”

The first minute of the recorded interview displays how excited and thankful Leavitt seems to be in Boulder, Colorado.

Leavitt proceeded to name multiple members of the defensive staff that he followed with only delightful remarks. Clarifying he enjoyed his prior head coach role, as well as working alongside Colorado’s great defensive staff in his new position, Leavitt expressed hehas high hopes for re-building the Buffaloes defense.
