IU football team enjoys giant Slip-N-Slide after practice

Imagine, if you will, that you’re a college football player this time of year. The sun is strong, practices are grueling, nothing seems more important than staying hydrated and on top of all that, classes have started up again.

Thus, it’s safe to say that the Indiana Hoosiers football team was beyond ecstatic when coach Kevin Wilson surprised everyone with a giant Slip-N-Slide once practice was over.

A video of the players enjoying it was captured on Instagram and, of course, everyone enjoyed it.

Props need to be given to Wilson, and in a big way.

Indiana hasn’t looked good in football in over two decades, so it’d be easy to assume that he’d be cracking the whip in practices with the hopes of the team showing improvement this year.

But no, Wilson understands that downtime is needed and by bringing out an epic Slip-N-Slide, he’s definitely won his players over for 2015.

With morale boosted, don’t be surprised if IU shows new bounce in its collective step for the season opener against Southern Illinois on September 5.
