Twitter confused after Arizona fan shows up at Utah fanfest

If you are a fanatic of a team in any sport, you always want to show that you have pride, right? Well there is one Arizona Wildcats’ fan that has maybe a little too much pride as he showed up to Utah’s fan festival on Saturday afternoon.

The fan was decked out from head to toe, literally, in Wildcats’ gear. From the Arizona-themed Viking helmet to the Scooby Wright jersey down to the red and blue socks, he had it all on.

The funny thing is that he was surround by Utes’ fans and they were confused. Apparently, even the university itself was rather confused about his presence at the event.

Arizona was quick to react, however. They didn’t mind him showing his fandom at another school’s fan event.

At least the two schools know how to joke around with each other. It’s not that big of a rivalry between the two schools either. It’s almost like an LSU fan showing up at a Texas A&M event. Yeah, the two schools play each other every year, but there’s not much of a rivalry there anyway.

Maybe this will drum up a little more action between the two schools. Utah and Arizona play each other on November 14 in Tuscon.
