Video: Notre Dame freshman throws down awesome dunk

The Notre Dame basketball team was pretty good last year. They made it to the Elite Eight and just barely missed knocking off the Kentucky Wildcats to get into the Final Four. They look like they are going to be pretty good this year as well.

College Spun shared a video of Fighting Irish freshman guard Rex Pflueger showing off his dunking skills and letting everyone know why he was recruited there in the first place. All three dunks are impressive, but I personally love the self alley-oop.

Yeah, I think the Irish are going to be pretty good this year too. Pflueger is a six-foot-five shooting forward out of San Juan Capistrano, California and was a four-star member of the Irish’s 2015 class.

The Irish’s full schedule for the 2015-16 season is not yet available, but they are looking to be one of the top teams in the country this year. Pflueger will certainly help with that.
