FOX Sports to use ‘Khaki Cam’ for Michigan opener vs. Utah

There is plenty of excitement surrounding the college return of Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh and his team will travel to Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City on Thursday night to take on the Utah Utes in their season-opener.

The game will air on FOX Sports 1 and the network has gone above and beyond with their marketing for the game.

By now, we have likely all seen the “HarBros” and the tour bus suited up in Harbaugh’s traditional khakis, but now FOX Sports 1 is going one step further for their coverage of the game.

As it turns out, the network’s mobile platform, FOX Sports GO, will have a camera dedicated solely to the Michigan coach.

That camera has been dubbed the “Khaki Cam.”

Oh my…

Well, if you are looking for some amazing reactions during the game, the Khaki Cam is what you will want to be watching.

Sure, this marketing is a bit over the top, but it is just great to have football back on our televisions.
