Taylor Swift’s new video pays homage to Cecil the Lion

As the world voiced their opinions of Cecil the lion being killed, Taylor Swift decided to take on a different approach.

Without being too political, Swift set her new video in the deserts of Africa. The safari themed video for “Wildest Dreams” is placed during a movie production in the 1930s.

The video premiered at last night’s VMA on MTV and it was a crowd winner.

Taylor Swift being known for her classy red lips and old Hollywood glam switches gear by donating all of the production and proceeds from the new video to the African Parks Foundation of America.

Clips of the lion and Swift make for quite the video with the right amount of dramatic flare. Scott Eastwood plays the leading man, a role he is beginning to get used to.
