To say that the Ohio State Buckeyes have a cornucopia of talented quarterbacks would be an understatement. In Monday night’s game against the Virginia Tech Hokies, three different guys (Cardale Jones, J.T. Barrett and Braxton Miller) found themselves in on the play in some form at the position.
One former Virginia Tech receiver commented that he wished his alma mater had one of them leading their squad.
Chicago Bear receiver Eddie Royal tweeted out that his team could really use one of the Buckeye quarterbacks. He quickly deleted the tweet after fans began ragging him when they thought he was speaking ill about the Bears and Jay Cutler, when he was actually talking about the Hokies.
… or was he?

Now, he could have actually been talking about Cutler, but a lot of people quickly forgot that he is a Virginia Tech alum, including myself. I don’t think the Bears should look too much into his comments, but Royal should be a little more careful about what he puts out on social media in the future.
