Ohio State, record 10 SEC teams dominate AP Top 25 Poll

Following their dominant win over the Virginia Tech Hokies, the Ohio State Buckeyes remain at the top of the AP Top 25 poll which was released on Monday afternoon.

While the defending national champions remaining at the top of the list is not a big surprise, there is one thing that is generating plenty of discussion from the updated release of the poll.

Thanks to the addition of the Texas A&M Aggies and Mississippi State Bulldogs, the SEC now has ten ranked teams.

The ten SEC representatives in the AP Poll — which includes all seven teams from the SEC West — is a record for what many consider to be the most dominant conference in the sport.
