While plenty of NFL fans and media members are discussing the Pittsburgh Steelers allegations of headset tampering by the New England Patriots during the 2015-16 season opener, there is another story that deserves attention.

According to ESPN, Steelers tight ends coach James Daniel is being investigated by the NFL for inappropriate actions during the game.

The report states Daniel was “allegedly assaulting and verbally accosting a New England Patriots fan on the way to the locker room before halftime.”

When Daniel emerged from the locker room, police and NFL security were waiting for him.

That is all of the information that has been passed along at this time, so we will update you on the situation when more becomes available.
