The hero of the Auburn Tigers after today’s near-upset is sophomore running back Peyton Barber, who ran for 125 yards on 23 carries and also scored the game-winning touchdown in overtime. Of course, nobody was prouder than Barber’s dad, who had an epic reaction to his son diving into the end zone.
Naturally, a fellow fan in former Auburn linebacker Will Herring captured the moment and posted it on Twitter.

It’s great to see a parent so exuberant about their child’s moment in the sun, but Mr. Barber took it to a whole new level.
Hopefully, his positivity can give Auburn some much-needed momentum in next weekend’s game against LSU.
