Times have been rough for the Florida Gators as of late, with players having blocked each other recently. In yesterday’s game against East Carolina, however, things took a different step.
You heard it here, dear readers. The Florida Gators have officially graduated to TACKLING each other.
Granted, this was to help the team win the game. ECU quarterback Blake Kemp fumbled, Gators defensive lineman Alex McCalister recovered the ball, and a teammate took him down simply to ice the game once and for all.
Quirky, yes, but I don’t think Gators fans are complaining since the team is now 2-0 on the season.
