Marco Rubio ethers Florida State with epic burn

Marco Rubio is not a fan of the Florida State Seminoles. He made that very clear with some recent commnets during a radio appearance.

The Florida Senator, who also happens to be a proud alum of the University of Florida, shared his Gator pride when sounding off on the Florida-Florida State rivalry.

Rubio didn’t say too much, but his message was very clear.

With just two simple sentences, Rubio blasted Florida State and their fans. It’s very rare to see a politician take such a hard stance on both sides, but we’re glad that Rubio delivered the hilarious shot.

“Look, I don’t have anything against Florida State,” Rubio said, via KXNO 1460 AM in Iowa. “I think there has to be a school where people who can’t get into Florida can go to college.”

Ouch. It’s all over.

Rubio definitely delivered the knockout blow there.
