UCLA TE Chris Clark heads home to Jersey

Mono. Dorm life. Transitioning to College. Missing Practice.

Not the words a freshman like Chris Clark, a tight end at UCLA, wanted to deal with during the pass few weeks. It  appears Clark  has left the team and school.

After Clark did not make the trip to Las Vegas for the game against UNLV last weekend it seems this may lead to the end of his career at UCLA.

It was made clear that Clark was homesick and perhaps all this pressure as a number 1 recruit puts on a pressure that is left with no words.

Clark did manage to say on Twitter which was later deleted “feels great (to) be back in the 201.” He makes references to the area code in which Ridgewood, NJ (his hometown) is located.  UCLA Coach Mora has not commented on Clark’s status.

Perhaps Clark is looking to take a break from football  or maybe he wants to be Chris Christie’s running mate for the presidential election. Only time will tell what Clark will do.
