Arkansas loses another receiver to injury

The injury bug is alive and well in Little Rock, Arkansas. For the second time this week, the Razorbacks have announced that they will be without receiver Cody Hollister due to a broken foot suffered on Tuesday, according to reports from NBCSports’ John Taylor.

Head coach Bret Bielema confirmed on Wednesday that the team would be without the redshirt sophomore, but did not give a timetable for his return.

Last year Hollister started seven games for the Razorbacks catching 13 balls for 137 yards and a touchdown. This year he has seen close to the same production with four catches through two games for 65 yards.

Losing Hollister is a big blow after Bielema announced earlier this week that the Hogs would also be without leading receiver Keon Hatcher after he also suffered a foot injury in their upsetting loss to Toledo.  Hatcher is expected to be sidelined for at least six weeks.
