The Michigan State Spartans have a very easy matchup this afternoon against a fairly poor Air Force football team in comparison. Being able to play the game at home makes this game even more of a cakewalk for the Spartans.
Connor Cook opened up the scoring for the Spartans with a beautiful 15-yard touchdown pass, but the defense stepped up to score the next touchdown to put Michigan State up 14-0.
RJ Williamson picked up a fumble and took it back 64 yards for a touchdown and made it look easy. There is no doubt that the Michigan State defense is one of the most underrated in the nation and they are more than capable of putting points up on any team they face. Air Force is on their way to an embarrassing blowout and they haven’t shown many signs of life to this point.
