Miami player taken to hospital following collision at practice

On Wednesday, some scary news came out regarding the Miami Hurricanes football team.

According to a statement from the program, a player was transported from the practice field via helicopter to the Jackson Memorial Hospital on campus. The reports first surfaced on Twitter.

Miami statement: a UM football player "suffered an injury during practice and was transported to the hospital for percautionary reasons."
