4-star SG Brandon Robinson sets decision date

Class of 2016 four-star shooting guard Brandon Robinson, out of Georgia’s Douglas County High School, near Atlanta, has set his decision date. Per Derrick Mahone of the Douglas County Sentinel, Robinson will announce his college choice on Monday.

Considered a fine perimeter scorer, Robinson will decide between five schools: Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Louisville, Florida State and Maryland. Being a guard that can score, it’s clear why he would want to play college ball in the ACC.

247 Sports’ Crystal Ball predicts North Carolina as the front-runner for Robinson, with FSU a distant second. Robinson has already taken official visits to Georgia Tech and North Carolina and has one scheduled for FSU on October 9, but that visit is probably moot at this point given when the announcement will take place.

Campus Sports will update Robinson’s story as soon as he announces his decision.
