Come on, you knew this was going to happen.
You knew we weren’t going to make it to thee halfway point of the college sports station before we started hearing speculation that Jim Harbaugh might return to the NFL.
The prediction comes from ESPN radio voice Jon “Stugotz” Weiner, co-host on The Dan Le Batard Show, announced that he believes that Harbs is going to coach the Indianapolis Colts next season. And while he owns up to the fact that it is merely a specualtion, seems pretty imphatic that Harbs will return to the pros.
His biggest argument is that King of the Khakis is itching to coahing Indianapolis QB Andrew Luck again. And that he wants to return to the team where he once played quarterback. And sure, the Colts are already in trouble after just a couple of weeks.
But really, someone somewhere was going to make this speculation public, so we really can’t be surprised.
Next on the docket: Speculating how much Harbaugh would butt heads with Jim Irsay.
