Michigan State Spartans star left tackle Jack Conklin injured his knee in the first half of the team’s game against Central Michigan and was unable to return to the game. Conklin’s injury was reported on Twitter by ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg and Mike Griffith of MLive.com
Michigan State standout left tackle Jack Conklin out right now with a knee injury sustained in first half. Huge loss if he's out long term.

Jack Conklin done for the day, knee brace on as he leaves locker room — not good for #MichiganState

A junior, Conklin did not warm up for the second half and is easily one of the top offensive linemen in the Big Ten. He has done an excellent job protecting star quarterback Connor Cook’s blind side this season and would be a tremendous loss if he is out long term.
Of course, Campus Sports will update Conklin’s status as any new information becomes available.
Michigan State currently leads 30-10 late in the fourth quarter.
