In last Sunday’s game, Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins left early with a concussion. All week, he has been going through the motions with the concussion protocol and he had made enough progress to practice with the team on Friday.
According to Pro Football Talk, Hopkins will now be able to play Sunday as the Texans take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He will certainly be a big help to the Texans as they try to get their first win of the 2015 season.
Hopkins leads the Texans with 151 yards and two touchdowns on the season. Hopkins will help out the Texans tremendously as they are still down offensive lineman Duane Brown and running back Arian Foster.
The game between the Texans and Buccaneers begins at 1:00 p.m. and can be seen on FOX in local markets.
