UCLA transfer Clark to visit Pitt

Chris Clark is currently in search of a new home.

After transferring from the UCLA Bruins football program, Clark, the top-rated tight end in the Class of 2015, is beginning to make visits. One of his first stops will be with the Pittsburgh Panthers, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune.

Clark previously visited Pitt when he was on the recruiting trail and he is familiar with Panthers head coach Pat Narduzzi, who recruited Clark while at Michigan State.

Pitt is also closer to Clark’s home in New Jersey, so the logistics make sense.

As far as Clark is concerned about the Panthers, they are a program who will give him an opportunity to compete at the top level if he chooses them as his new destination.

“I believe they are definitely on the rise,” he said. “I give them a couple of years before they are competing for an ACC championship.”
