Updated 2016 NFL Draft Order: Titans, Browns hold top picks

The NFL regular season is over, which means we know the officially first-round draft order of the 20 teams that didn’t make the playoffs.

The Tennessee Titans locked down the No. 1 spot, while the Cleveland Browns will be picking second. The biggest development is that the Dallas Cowboys are in the top five for the first time in over a decade.
