How Ohio State didn’t earn a playoff spot with so much NFL talent on the roster is amazing. Yet another Buckeye announced Monday that they would be leaving Columbus early for the NFL Draft.
This time, it was wide receiver Jalin Marshall’s turn to announce his draft intentions. A reshirt sophomore, Marshall played mostly wide receiver for the Buckeyes, but showed his versatility coming out of the backfield and as a punt returner. Marshall caught 36 passes for 477 yards and five touchdowns this season and 38 catches for 499 yards and six touchdowns as a redshirt freshman in 2014.
Marshall made his announcement expressing his gratitude via Twitter.
