Michigan fan creates ‘Force Awakens’ hype video

It’s been 19 years since Michigan–one of the most historic football programs in the country–won a national title. That year they split the championship with Nebraska. To put it into perspective, Charles Woodson–now retired from the NFL–won the Heisman.

After a long drought away from dominance, the Wolverines re-emerged this  year under former 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh. His hard-nosed ra ra mentality, though not a fit in the pros, re-lit and reinvigorated a tepid program.

Despite two losses to conference rivals, Ohio State and Michigan State, the Wolverines improved from 5-7 to 10-3, capping it with a Citrus Bowl win over Florida.

As seen by this video, their legendary fan base is fired up again.

Can’t wait to see what Harbaugh does next year.
