ESPN’s Megacast will return for college football’s national championship

ESPN’s Megacast of Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, Heather Cox and Tom Rinaldi will return for college football’s national championship game between Clemson and Alabama.

It will air on 14 different stations, and manifest in numerous incarnations.

Some of the interesting new elements will be: Homer Telecast, Mock Replay Booth, Finebaum Film Room with Arkansas Head Coach Bret Bielema, Pylon Cam; Film Room with Florida Head Coach Jim McElwain, ESPN Voices, Sounds of the Game and Spider Cam. All these elements aim at diversifying the viewers experience.

A stand out experience will be with ESPN Voices (ESPNEWS). It airs live from Los Angeles, in a living room. Participants include Teddy Atlas, Michelle Beadle, Jay Bilas, Taylor Twellman and Marcellus Wiley.

So if you’re wanting something new this year, flip around and search. You’ll be pleased with all the alternatives.
