Bovada.lv published their odds for the winners of this season’s basketball National Title winner along with the odds for the winner of the Naismith College Player of the Year award.
It is perfect timing as No. 1 Kansas just edged No.2 Oklahoma in triple-overtime, in a game which Oklahoma’s Buddy Hield dropped 46 points on the Jayhawks. And surprise, Kansas and Hield are the favorites to winner the National title and Player of the Year award, respectively.
Although it would be hard to bet against LSU’s Ben Simmons, who according to Bovada, has the second best odds to win the individual award. The Tigers got a big win over Kentucky Tuesday, and if Simmons can carry the team to the NCAA tournament, that could garner him even more votes.
