Alabama’s players voted to withhold their collective NFL Draft grade feedback until after Monday’s championship game, Tide tight end OJ Howard told ESPN’s Joe Schad.

No matter how you look at it, this is a great sign of team chemistry and trust. Getting draft grades beforehand could have been cause for a distraction and, in a worst case scenario, potentially caused team in-fighting over silly pride issues.
By vowing to withhold the evaluations until after Monday, the team has since been allowed to focus on the task at hand in beating Clemson and not let the future bite at them, cause confidence issues, etc.
Needless to say, come Monday night at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, expect the Crimson Tide to be fully focused as they look to bring coach Nick Saban a fourth national championship won for Tuscaloosa.
