Navy star quarterback Keenan Reynolds will be attending President Obama’s last State of the Union address Tuesday. Reynolds, a Tennessee resident, will be attending as a guest of Democratic Congressman Jim Cooper of Tennessee, according to the Navy football program.
Reynolds just wrapped up a career as good as any in Navy’s history, setting numerous records in the process. He was named an All-American by the AP as well as coming in fifth in the Heisman voting.
In addition, Reynolds led the Midshipmen to their first 11-win season and the Commander-in-Chief’s trophy in the annual Army-Navy game.
With this year’s win Reynolds became the first Navy quarterback to go 4-0 against Army.
Question is, will Obama give daps on his way up to the podium?
