Marchibroda coached the Colts over two separate stints, one in Baltimore and one in Indianapolis, and was also the first head coach of the Baltimore Ravens. He had a career record of 87-91-1 and also had a successful career as an offensive coordinator. He was the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills teams that mastered the hurry up offense and made four straight Super Bowls, though Marchibroda was only there for the first.
Marchibroda also did color commentary on Colts radio broadcasts from 1999 to 2006.
Campus Sports sends its condolences to the Marchibroda family and also the Colts.
