Today, Ohio State overtook the all mighty No. 1 recruiting ranking from LSU. How? By nabbing another three top-tier talents. The players the Buckeyes nabbed were four-star wideout Benjimen Victor, four-star quarterback Dwayne Haskins and four-star linebacker Keandre Jones.
Michigan, Florida State and Ole Miss round out the top five.
It’s just isn’t fair, I know. A few teams eat up all the talent, while the rest of us collect the crumbs. Going to any “non-sports” school, you grow accustomed to watching mediocre collegiate talent.
I swear, I could have suited up as a back up fullback and been highly productive where I went. Then again, it was a school centered on academic excellence. Beating out pimply bespectacled nerds, is not the toughest of challenges.
